The terms for using the TheMaotech website and requesting a demo call, and where a separate project agreement begins.
Scope
These terms cover your use of the TheMaotech website, the official website of TheMaotech DOOEL Skopje, str. Rudi Chajavec 25/2, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia. The website is for marketing purposes: it presents our services and lets you request a demo call.
By using the website you agree to these terms. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies page.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not scrape it, attack it, try to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or send automated or abusive submissions through the form.
Only submit information you are entitled to share, and keep passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information and production data out of your message.
Demo calls and enquiries
An enquiry starts a conversation. Submitting the form does not book a call, guarantee availability or create a contract. A time is agreed with you separately.
Anything discussed on a demo call is for discussion. A commitment to deliver a result exists only in an agreed project scope.
Project work
Projects are agreed separately in a written agreement. It sets scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, ownership and data obligations. These terms do not form part of it and do not give anyone access to a customer’s systems or data.
Reference work
The reference work shown on the website is real work we have done. Client names are withheld.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, images and code, belongs to TheMaotech. It may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission.
Names of third-party technologies and products belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not claim any ownership of them.
Third-party websites and content
We are not responsible for any third-party website or content, including services linked or embedded here. They have their own terms and privacy information.
Availability and information
The website and its content are provided as is. They may change at any time, and we do not promise they are error-free or always available.
